    M17X R3 - Battery Charging - Strange Issue?

    Hi guys,

    Just wondering if anybody may have experienced similar to the below, I have a genuine battery on order now no more fakes, but I have used fake batteries before and they have always worked.

    When I plug the replica battery in it charges... passes all tests, but doesn't boot the laptop on battery alone, no life nothing.


    Has anybody experienced this before and can they recommend a fix, please?

    If anybody was wondering the issue was the fake batteries, super stranger behaviour but they were no good!

    amazon - it wasn't labelled as an official battery to be fair.
