In order to upgrade from my standard 900p screen, I need to know the part number for a FULL HD 1080p M17X-R3 Screen Assembly.

I need the complete package that include

    - The Full HD 60 Hz screen *non 3d, I have AMD card*
    - The magnesium backplate
    - The Front Plexiglass bezel

    I have found this

    http://www.pchub.com/uph/laptop/1039-76068-20482/Dell-Alienware-M17x-R3-LCD-17.3-FHD-1080.html

but it will not work with my AMD card ;(

Ty for any help - reply

PS: no, I am not gonna cut the magnesium backpanel from my old screen, nor try to unglue the plexiglass...I prefer to keep it as spare part or sell it like new on ebay for that 100 eur...

    AUO version: H8D3K
    LG version: MGNC7

No the AUO version is not B+RG. Both displays are 72% gamut. Part numbers should include full display assembly.

I believe they are both 1080p and the LG one is better quality though because of it being B+RG? Idk really just a guess

No they are both 60hz and not B+RG. You'll be fine with either.
