    Hi,

I just had my speakers replaced on my M17x R3 after receiving it a week and a half ago with the left speaker blown.

While testing, I notice the left speaker is much improved but still doesn't sound as good as the right speaker, due to annoying static frequencies being heard occasionally. I'd like to see if other owners have the same experience with their M17x R3.

    Please do the following:

Play a song, preferably bass heavy, and while listening to it use IDT Control Panel and/or Windows Control Panel to switch the balance/volume between Left and Right speaker (basically change from playing out of one speaker at a time). Compare the left speaker to the right speaker. Does the left speaker sound equally as good or can you hear flaws in the sound? Do you hear crackling/buzzing? Is the sound clarity less than the right speaker?

Thanks, I'm curious to see if it's a speaker design flaw or if I got another (less) defective speaker. I have also read that it may be a driver issue.
