Hi, my M17x after an endless list of problem will be replaced.
Dell Tech rang me two days ago and said ok to a replacement (after 4 mb, 3 power supply , 4 video card and finally a month spent in the lab).
Now I'm wondering if the new M17x will be avaiable in Europe, because i'd like to have it instead of r2.
Do you know if and when Dell will start to ship it here?

    Thanks!

Chances are, if they have the same revision in stock as to what you have now, you will get offered that before an R3 anyway - Dell do "like for like" replacements wherever possible - if they have stock of what you have, you will get what you have and maybe some upgrades for all the hassle....if you sweet talk your rep!!

You could try and push for an R3 but they dont have to give you one if they have R2's (assuming thats what you have) in stock.
