So I bought an Xbox One controller to replace my 360 controller to use on PC. Connected it via Bluetooth, started up Monster Hunter World and everything was fine for about 5 minutes. After that the controller randomly started being unresponsive. My character and camera would be stuck moving in one direction while the controller remained unresponsive. Then after a few seconds it would go back to normal. This process then repeats itself every 30 seconds and its extremely annoying.
Very similar to those old console controller glitches where your character would be stuck moving in one direction on its own and would be fixed once you replug the controller. Except it happens every 30 seconds.
I also had this issue with my friend's controller. He connected his to my PC and the exact same thing happened. So I doubt its this specific controller that is at fault. And his controller was most likely up to date with updates. But I also have no issue using other bluetooth devices on this laptop so I don't know if its the laptop's bluetooth adapter either.
If anyone has a solution I'd greatly appreciate it!
