    M17X R4 Youtube Stuttering/DPC Latency

    So I see this is a very common problem, I was wondering if any of you had any succesful solutions to this, I recently got my GPU replaced but I had this issue before it. I think it it may have started around the time when I got a BSOD which led to my GPU replaced since it was indeed the problem. Here are some examples of the problem

    There is a consistent red line, those two just happened as I started it up again.
    I don't notice any stuttering when playing video games, just youtube and music...

    So, was the issue there before the replacement of the GPU? Have you tried reinstalling the O.S or running AlienRespawn?
