    Hello Everyone,

I just received my new M17X R4, format it and install the drivers. Afterwards, when I connected the Mixamp to the S/PDIF connection through the optical cable+spdif adapter I can't hear anything. However using the minijack cables the Astro A40 alone works properly.

Therefore, I assume that there is something wrong with the configuration, something needs to be done or I don't know.

Can anyone help me with this please?

    Thanks in advance.

You probably need to set Windows to use the spdif port for sound. Go into the Sound options in Control Panel.

I can't find it in options. Maybe is a problem with the drivers? Do I need to install any in particular for the spdif out?

I think I manage to get it working but now I can't go back to the laptop speakers :(. Is there a way that automatically use mixamp when plugged in and if not, use the speakers by default?
