Even tho my m17x kick some serious @$$ , the only regret is to have cheaped on the blue-ray disk in case someday i decided that i want to use it.. i wanted 3D games and that part is sweeeeet.

To achieve 3D BlueRay on my M17X 3D.. can i use the ps3 hdmi output -> m17x hdmi input and be able to read 3d blueray on the laptop ? I didnt tried it since i dont own any 3d blueray but i wonder if someone else tried ..

thank you guys for your help and info! :)

You wouldn't be able to watch it in 3D but you would be able to watch it in standard 2D.

The HDMI-IN port of the M17XR3 is not 1.4, and 1.4 is required for 3D content.

If you own the 3D blu ray already, you can download an ISO of the blu ray disk from a file sharing site. Mount the ISO on daemon tools and you can play the 3D blu ray using something like Total Media Theatre or something.

good idea.. as long as its the "new" stereoscopic 3D and not the old school one..

what is the most impressive 3d movie out right now :) ?

on another note.. did somebody find a cure for the fact that i must disable my secondary monitor and use the laptop only to be able to enter the "stereoscopic 3D" mode in the nvidia control panel ?

as soon as I disable the 24inch monitor conencted to the m17x.. the 3D work.. i don't expect my regular led monitor to work in 3d but it would be nice if i didn't had to disable it
