I have a new problem that showed up today and i haven't been able to find a solution. I had a display driver crash which the system recovered from but since then my GPU clock speeds on both GPU's are getting stuck at 100/150 on both cards when in crossfire. I have tried reinstalling the AMD drivers, i upgraded to 15.8 Beta without any luck. I tried disabling crossfire to see if that was causing the issue and was getting 1-3FPS in 3dmark. I physically removed the second GPU from my computer and was getting mixed results but still was not consistently getting proper clock speeds. I am at a loss for what could be causing this.

Attached are screens from GPU-Z while running 3dmark.
