Does anyone else have a problem using there bluetooth? I just upgraded to my M17XR2 from my Sager NP5793 and I also have a Microsoft Elite Bluetooth Keyboard/Mouse Set. My Sager's built in bluetooth ran the keyboard/mouse set fine but when I link them up to my Alienware's built in bluetooth I have a big mess of issues, if I move the mouse the keyboard stops working, if I type on the keyboard the mouse freezes up. I can't use the keyboard and mouse at the same time because of this issue which sucks when gaming, they worked great on my last two notebooks I had. Has anyone else expierienced this issue or use a bluetooth mouse and keyboard with theres? And today I had to reinstall my os because I was getting two different types of bsod, one was something about the processor and another was something else (I should of wrote the stuff down but I didn't) but this was on battery power. But when I plugged it in the bsod's continued to plague me till I reinstalled my os... the unit is 1 day old.

I would just make sure you have correct drivers/software.

im using a logitech mx1000 mouse/keyboard with the dell bt card and runs perfectly

I also use a normal bluetooth mouse but without keyboard (alienfx integrated one), didn't have any issue with it so far. Are you sure you registred the two items correctly?

Hmm and about BSOD on battery power, did you use dells stock drivers for your gpu's or an updated version from ATI?

Also once you had BSOD, you need to hit F8 before windows is loading, and select load last known configuration.

Yea I didn't have the choice of last known good configuration and yea I had the drivers from ati's site but when I redid the machine I used dell's beta driver instead. As for the bluetooth set it works better when I disable the onboard bluetooth and use a seperate bluetooth dongle I've had laying around, I wonder if I got a faulty bluetooth card? But like I said the integrated bluetooth card will work great with just 1 device at a time but when you try doing a keyboard/mouse set you'll run into problems.
