    Hi Guys,

    I am about to buy a 780m off of Ebay from upgradeyourlaptop (Eurocomm). ALIENWARE M17x M18x VGA Upgrade Kit; NEW NVIDIA GTX 780M; 4GB DDR5; MXM 3.0b | eBay

    I have read up on the forum, but have some questions please:
    1) Do I need a fresh install of Windows 7?
    I don't think so, but I wanted to check as this would be a problem for me.

    2) Do I need to update my bios if I am running the Dell A12? If so where can I download the latest and best unlocked Bios?
    I read to download the "Alienware M17x R3 - BIOS A12 - unlocked - SATA tweak" but I can't seem to find a place to download it as the link seems to have been moved

    3) Has anyone put together a full comprehensive youtube video outlining all the steps? If not, what is the best and latest guide currently available?

    4) Can anyone offer me any other tips or advice?

    Thanks for the help. I am not too great with computers and hope I can pull this off.
