This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I can confirm that the kit (interposer + caddy + screws) should already be installed in all shipping systems for some time now, even if you only purchased a single drive configuration from Alienware. Before calling, please verify that you are missing the kit by opening the bottom panel...

    I think its time to retire this thread - new owners may only read the first few posts and call support without checking their system.
