    Hi, guys!

Many, might know the "good feeling" of an brand new keyboard, and everyone know the difference from the "new good feeling" and the "two years old used every day keyboard".

I was wondering, how do you guys clean your keyboards? Not the dirt inbetween the buttons, but the buttons itself? Thoughts?

I just remove battery and clean with a light vinegar solution (kills bacteria plus removes grease well). Usually just use any towel within reach.

Water works also but doesnt sanitize at all.

I clean every button using alcohol and I use cotton buds impregnated in alcohol between them.

I just use monitor wipes and my keyboard and constantly shop the net for new keyboard prices to buy for my PC to replace as I replace the keyboard on my system along with the touchpad from time to time to give it that new look. Far better purchase then buying stupid keyboard covers that i see alot of Mac users using.

Use this to start cleaning. After you're though with it, start cleaning every key with monitor wipes as suggested.

One suggestion after you clean it - use this:
    Silicone cover
I actually bought it before getting the laptop, so after several months use the keyboard is still like new. The weirdest thing is that I don't remove it and it is faaaar better to type with than without (also don't always need to clean my hands after I eat in front of the laptop). It gives the keys a nice rubbery feeling and it's really nice to touch.

So I really recommend it as a nice accessory to the keys
