More info needed, when does it crash and what exactly happens.
Have you checked CPU and GPU temperatures?

Assuming you started with a clean windows install before trying to replace parts, find 'whocrashed' and run it on your machine. It will examine the BSOD logs and hopefully give you some idea of where the problem is.

I just reinstalled Windows 8 and I'm running on an M17x R1 (qx9300 cfx 5870m). I had Win 8 installed for some time and only had the common driver issues. I did have a blue screen when I first installed, which was solved by setting the LAN sleep on disconnect to OFF. However, I wiped the system and clean installed. Now I seem to have a problem with crashes with no blue screen. No dumps created. Trying many different options here, honestly thinking it could simply be a USB or express card issue. Right now it's running and not freezing. I'll do some benchmarks as usual. It has NO USB/Express cards plugged in.

    Hi!

My problem avg.same.Use M17xR2,940xm,680M.Randomly BSOD or restart. :(
I try other OS,HDD,old cards 5870M's same the problem.
Memtest, win memory test, system diag: No error!
Temps very good 100% not overheating. The crash load-independent,total random.
When crash ~10 restart and 1 BSOD the ratio.

    Howdy newbie.

Does the BSOD happen once Windows is booted or while Windows is booting? It also helps to post your specs so we know exactly what we're dealing with here. So you've changed out the motherboard and RAM with no effect, yes? But when you put in a new hard drive it didn't POST? Like the Alienhead screen didn't come up or you got a beep error code or LED error code?
