You can try using something thin like a popsicle stick with some double sided tape. But becareful how much pressure you exert and how far you push in. You don't want to damage the laser or any other components that are inside.

    won't tweezers ruin the disk
i thought all disc drive had a manual eject hole that you would use an opened up paper clip to stick in

if it does have one angle paper clip tell puts pressure on little gizmo push in that will eject disc
of course that's how i did it on my original xbox but when i tried doing it on a different drive it didn't work cause other drive set up differently

It's a slot loaded drive and alienwares don't have a manual eject button.

You can also try holding down the eject when you restart and go into bios. Sometimes in the bios the button will work.

Have you ..trieeeed....gravity? :) Throw your laptop like it was a footbal ball and when your friend will catch it, due to tremendous G forces - yuo got strong arms we presume - the disk will jump out of the drive.

Best idea is call Alienware. If you do it your self you can void your warrintee. Do not give Dell/alienware a way to void your warrintee. Go by the books. If it documented by dell alienware they can not void it if a tech helps you.

    Be smart not stupid.

If you go on my computer it will show hard drives and dvd or blueray drive and you can eject from that.

Turn it upside down and shake it. ;) Seriously I think holding the eject button at the bios is the best option to start with. After that I'd just disassemble it. Glad to hear you got it out though.

sometimes, when you have nothing to say, it's better to just shut up.
