    I ordered my m17x on 25 September and its still pending delivery, can this offer be applied to my current order or will i have to cancel my order and re-order to get the discount? :confused:

    to apply any discounts a dell rep would have to cancel your original order and then place it again with the discounts. however if you purchased it through dell's no interest payment plan, dell financial services may be able to apply a credit to your account without cancelling the order. just did this 2 months ago. good luck!

    I did get it on their finance plan, i have emailed my rep to see if he can do it even though the laptop has now shipped so we shall see what they say. :) fingers crossed.

    One time I bought a laptop from dell then saw it got cheaper a few weeks later and I had just got mine. So I called customer service/returns and asked to return mine because I felt I paid too much. The nice lady on the phone took $150 off so I would be happy and not return it =]

    Try calling them and asking to return it and see if they will offer to give you some money back!

    Well I got a call from one of their customer reps today who offered me £150.00 off the price of the laptop, he just had to get authorization for this before applying it to my account. he says he will call tomorrow to confirm ;)
