I received my M17x just over a week ago and love it. So far I have played Fallout 3, Starwars the Force Unleashed 2, Crysis, Starcraft 2, Empire Total War, and Ruse on it.

I have been running GPU-Z while playing games to make sure my temperatures are ok and without any modifications I have never gone above 77 Degrees Celsius on my GPUs. Most of the time I am around low to mid 70s while gaming.

This is great except the fans persist in running very fast and loud. No doubt this is part of the reason why the temperatures are in that range but I would not mind running in the 80s if I could reduce the noise. At the very least I would like the option to do so.

Does anyone know of any program or way to either change the settings for when the fans kick up to the next level or even better a manual adjustment program?
