    M17x IR remote help

    Howdy all. I have my M17x R2 and I've been trying to get the Hauppauge 35-buttons Remote Control DSR-0112 that came with my TV tuner to work with the built in CIR. The remote has a separate program apart from WinTV 7 that recieves the input from the tuner's IR and translates it to commands for Windows 7(separate as in its own program IR.exe that shows up in the taskbar when the tuner is plugged in). I know the remote works, and it functions as it should when the tuner is plugged in. What I need to do is have the IR.exe or one of the inf or dll files modified so that the IR program uses the built in IR device instead of the IR on the USB tuner. Anyone can help me with that or point me in the right direction to a forum that could? Thanks.
