What 3D Mark are u running? I think the benchmark here right now is Futuremark 3D06..I remember with my R1 (that was replaced) with the QX9300 i got about 12000...hence why i got it replaced...

Download 3D06 and run the bench..not that it is truly that accurate but easier to compare!

Looks good to me . Maybe some system tweaks could squeeze afew more points :) BTW if you turn your PhysX off you will get a even lower score

No. Vantage is the only benchmark that matters anymore. 3DM'06 is not only old, but very CPU dependent. Stick with Vantage. BTW, 21K CPU with the CPU in your sig? That doesn't sound right.

that seems like a low score man... first thing that comes to mind is stealth mode... they really need to do away with Stealth mode, its annoying and useless...

That's what I got. Core 2 Duo P8700 I am not overclocking it at this time.
I ran Vantage with default options and that is what I got.
    Your system
    3DMark Score P6123 3DMarks
    CPU Score 21855
    Graphics Score 4938

I am also sure I am not in Stealth Mode. Additionally my power options are set to Maximum Performance.

Yeh the High CPU score is due to the Nvidia GPUs and Physx power. So nothing wrong there.

Not to sure about the GPU score though. It seems quite a bit low.

    Cheers. :)

@Reborn2003 you should run a vantage test with your R1 . Only single card of course see what you get i think his score is good. Well exept for the inflated CPU score due to PhysX lol

ok, how do I disable Physx? In the control panel it used to have the option to disable it. Now it just lets me select were to use it (GPU or CPU).
    Do I uninstall it?

As I mentioned 3D06 isnt that accurate, however when you have vantage and 3D06 you have more to compare, wasn't saying don't use Vantage, just try more benchmarks that other people have listed on here.

I would rather use 3D05 Cause I would get huge score..LOL and make me feel better about dropping a few grand on a little computer :p

To disable using PhysX in 3d Mark Vantage you just go into the options section in vantage and untick the physX box.

    Cheers. :)

As suspected here are the scores with Physx set to CPU

    3DMARK Score P4912
    CPU Score 4701
    Graphics Score 4986

This poses the question, should I leave Physx set to the CPU, GPU, or auto?
