M17x R1 Replacement Parts

After a recent FX problem, ALL the FX lights just died, and Dell is reluctant to help i decided to do a overhaul to my system myself.
If you want something to be done, do it yourself, right?

I want to buy the parts from Ebay, but because i rarely use it im having trouble finding what i need.

Parts i want to replace:
1.Palmrest (the screw sockets that hold it in place dried out and broke)
2.MOBO (to make the FX light work again)
3.GPU (from gtx 260 single to 280)

What i wanted to ask is:
1.Can i find A grade parts that i need, for the palmrest i managed to find only B grade.
2.What are the right part No. of the MOBO and the GPU for the R1, i found a few MOBO posts but not sure if they are for m17x or R2.
Same with the GPU not sure if what i find compatible with the R1.

 

The part number for the M17x motherboard is F415N / 0F415N.
