    I'm asking if can i use a GTX 765M and GTX 260m at same time, not in SLI just in same time, because if that is possible i could use GTX 260M for physx.

    Actually i'm just using GTX 765M but no audio avaible.

    If is that possible 240w psu can hold?

    try and find out. m17x r2 owners have moved on long time ago, few still use them.
