I just did a clean up and repaste on both cards, but now my second card will not show up. The laptop starts up fine and I am typing from it now, but the secondary GPU is not showing up in GPU-Z/dev manager. I have tried reseating it a couple of times, but have not achieved success.

    Any ideas? suggestions?

One way to eliminate the secondary card of being faulty would be to move it to the primary slot and see if it'll boot off of it.

If not, then the secondary card has failed, if it does, you might try swapping them around and see if you have any luck with that.

Always glad to help...hope it's something simple. It's a pain to swap them around, but it's the best way to know for sure.

Good luck to you, keep us posted!

Before you swap out the card, of course double check if the cable is plugged in, MXM card seated right.

Well I swapped out the cards, and there was no picture on my laptop screen, but there was no flashing error. So I let windows boot up, I then plugged an HDMI cord into the laptop and verified that the card worked. I then replaced the cards in the original config, and both cards showed up, but crossfire wasn't working one more time to open it up and reattached the crossfire cable. Everything is back up and running again, crossfire is working, and temps are amazing again. Thanks Greywolf and Tsunade, I would have been lost for a while without you guys + rep for you each saved me a lot of time and a headache.
