    Title says it all really.

I have a nice m17x R2. It is totally stock and it is just an auxiliary system so I really dont need to go nuts. I would like to get a better GPU in it though. So my question is, what is the best single GPU (or dual I suppose) thats plug and play?

I do have plenty of experience tearing the system down....removing the GPUs...re pasting and such. But I am not looking for anything beyond that (Would prefer to not need to mod anything, voltage, PSU, or the like). So what are my options on the simpler side of things?

    i7 620m
    8GB DDR3
    500GB SSD
    5870m x2 Crossfire
240/210w PSU (I would be willing to spring for a higher wattage PSU if need be, just not one that Id have to modify)

A single 7970m or 8970 or cf however if you cf the you'll need to modify a 330 psu
