The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    CPU-Z shows A07 as "X30". This is normal, and does not indicate a bad flash.

    I NEVER and i mean NEVER reply to forums and threads but im telling you guys right now, every single person that commented and helped out on this post. THANK YOU. You have no idea how much better i feel right now that i got my m17x back up and running. I had the exact same issue. Really makes you realise when you gotta pull ya finger out and study up more on your skills. Thanks guys much appreaciated
