    Hey guys,

My second Gpu's core clock will only go up to 500 MHz while gaming.
Just discovered the problem by running MSI afterburner.

Does anyone know how to force/change it to 700 MHz, like i should be getting with the 5870m?

make sure no flash application is running such as youtube. It bugged me to no end when I was using my desktop ati 5990 back in the days and it will always be stuck in 2d clocks for some reason. Then I realized youtube was the issue. Hope that'll fix it for you
