Hi all,
I have an M17x R2 with 1TB storage using Raid 0
Has anyone any instructions to reload the laptop from a fresh making sure I don't loose the Raid 0 setup
thanks

Polar,
If it is in RAID 0 now, it won't change just because you wiped and redid things. Here's a post on a full rebuild of an R2:

This was a carefully researched effort and should work very well for you. My system has ATI Crossfire cards and "other stuff" (which I describe in the procedure) so you might need to make adjustments to suit your particular needs, but the basic structure is solid and has been used by others with success.
Don't change settings in your RAID manager (that's the Intel Rapid Storage Technology program.) The BIOS will remember that you were in RAID 0 and you are fine. In fact, changing between RAID modes is actually not trivial because you will have to wipe and redo anyway. If you are ever interested in changing RAID modes, you do it through a switch in your Intel RAID manager program. If you just "do the obvious" your RAID mode will always remain the same because the Phoenix BIOS recognizes and supports RAID underneath the operating system.
