As i've diagnosed before my battery went completly flat, my (old) motherboard doesnt see the AC adapter at all,
I do not mean that i get "unrecognized adapter" in BIOS.
When i connect the AC to the laptop, it doesnt see it, the AC rating field in bios stays blank.

Now that i got a new mobo i've fully charged the battery and tried it with the old mobo.
As expected it ran wihout problems.

I'm wondering, if anyone has had this problem before, or does anyone know a way to fix it?
It would be great if i would have a spare motherboard :D

    Any help appreciated :)

On the new motherboard the charger shows up and charges, so i charged the battery on the new motherboard.
I moved the battery then to the old motherboard and it started as expected. But still if i plug just the AC in the old mobo i cant start it,
and i can't even hear that eeeeeeeeeeeee electric sound coming from the motherboard that has always been present.
