Title pretty much says it all. Signature has my machine specs. Yes, I'm running two Samsung SSDs in RAID 0. Yes, I bought this brand new the minute it came out. Now I'm too old and too tired for this mess...

It appears that the Intel RST "F6" drivers are loading properly; however, this is the error message I get:

Obviously, if I switch the BIOS setting to AHCI, I lose my RAID. I realize I probably could clean install Windows 10 in AHCI, imagex the drive, enable RAID and reapply the image - but read the last sentence of the first paragraph...

    Anyone find a work-around?

(sorry, I did utilize search but so many things came up; thus, after a few hours of reading, i'm just posting this)

Here is something to try out. After you load the IRST driver open command prompt(Shift + F10) and then run Diskpart, next command it will be "select disk 0"(if you have a single volume) and then type "clean" this will clean you SSD volume. Now you should be able to install Windows(you might have to do a restart after you run these commands)

Thanks for the reply and suggestion. I already tried this to no avail. I even tried "convert mbr" "convert gpt" and a whole slew of other things I'm familiar with...

I did come across something yesterday after I made the post ( http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/cant-install-windows7-on-raid0-m17xr2.507117/#post-6561803). However, I'm not clear on why installing from optical will make a difference... I haven't tried it yet due to time required for me to find a disc and burn an ISO.
