I'm getting an issue with my Razer Naga mouse not working with my M17x R3. It says something like "usb device not recognized" and it won't work. I often have to switch between all of the USB ports to figure out which one it feels like working with. Sometimes if I turn my laptop at all, it will disconnect the mouse again. The mouse works fine with another computer which makes me think that it isn't necessarily the mouse. Anybody run into this issue?

Is this happening when on battery or mains? Or both?

Have you installed Razer Synapse? When mine is plugged into say port 1 and next time I set it up I plug it into port 2 it installs the driver again. It should be automatic, but I always try and use the same USB port.
