    M17x R3 - Screen Became Very Dark

    Hello,

    I just changed my 6990 by 7970 but I have problems with the drivers.

    Indeed, the latest drivers Ati strongly darken my screen even with the brightness set to max.
    By cons, if I start in safe mode, I do not have this problem.

    I tested the beta 14.6, 14.4 and 13.9 ==> NOK.

    My bios : A12 tweaker
    IGD : disabled

    I've reviewed a lot of forum but I have not found conclusive solution.

    Is among those that have changed their GC for 7970, some had the same problems as me?
    If so, could someone tell me if there is a manipulation to be done to find a "normal" screen?

    Or which driver should I install to not have this problem ..?

    I just installed Hwinfo and indeed, this soft, by I know not what miracle, solve the problem.
