M17x R3 460M problem

Hey guys first time posting,
About 4 weeks ago my motherboard and video card (460m) failed. Sent it off and got them replaced. Ever since I've got it back its acted very weird. Randomly its like someone flips the switch and switches it back to the integrated chip. Games start getting really bad fps and laggy. Once this happens the nvidia control panel won't open or if it does it just locks up. You can go into the device manager and click on the display adapter and it just locks up. Also when this happens the computer will hang at shutting down, and I have to manual hold the button down to power it off. I sometimes have to reboot it two or three times before it starts working right again. It does it anywhere from once a day to once a week. I don't get any errors like a driver failure or anything. I've uninstalled the drives a couple times, used driver sweeper and did everything the right way still no luck. Any ideas before I call back and complain some more?

 

sounds like they botched the repair. Keep calling them until they make it right - if your laptop is under warranty there's no reason why that wouldn't be covered. If the normal reps give you static, ask to talk to a manager.
