As the title says..It has happened twice till now. I was using Firefox 4.
However, while playing Black Ops, NFS Hot Pursuit, Crysis 2, Railworks I do not get any BSOD. They run like a champ.
My drivers is what Batboy posted in the sticky thread here. I am not sure if those are 11.4 but the version stated is 8.80.6.1, A01.
Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks

Funny you should mention this but i've had this exact same issue specifically with firefox 4. The BSOD was Attempt to Reset Display driver and recover from timeout failed - I presume yours did the same?
Likely to be a bug with either the AMD Drivers or Flash or both. -
I am not sure why it happened as I don't know how to investigate further if there is any BSOD. However, I am thinking it has something to do with either Firefox 4 or Flash too.
I don't think its drivers as other tasks like (games, movies, etc.) is running fine. -
Try disabling hardware acceleration in the Flash settings (right-click on a movie). I've solved multiple Flash problems with that method.

Recent development...I got this BSOD while the machine was idle (just running BitTorrent). I ran WhoCrashed and got these results:

The good thing is I have never experienced any BSOD while I am using it! Only got BSODs while my gf using it or when I am sleeping.
Anyone has any idea for this problem? TYIA! -
bump..anyone knows regarding this issue?
-
One is a McAfee crash, the other is Windows itself, may need a reinstall.
-
thats bad! So do you recommend to uninstall McAfee? Is there anything else I can do instead of reinstall? thanks!
