    Out of curiosity...what is the DisplayPort version on the R3?

    I believe it depends on the graphics card, according to AMD's spec sheet the 6970 has dp v 1.2, I do not know what version the 460m supports.

    Pretty sure it has to be 1.2, since that is the official one to support the "mini" form factor.

    Is there some application you need 1.2 for, vs 1.1?

    One thing that is very nice about 1.2 is the bandwidth, especially for 3D content, 1.2 can support 120Hz where as 1.1 cannot, also 1.2 can support multiple high resolution monitors (2550X1440 @2) for example

    Just want to ensure I can run 120hz via displayport for future proofing(resistant).
