    Hi,
Can't seem to move forward, strafe right and jump (keys W,E and spacebar together) in any game. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same?

Do you mean being able to strafe and move forward or back at same time etc...?
I had this problem with many keyboards in the past. I found that usually logitech keyboards are the ones that do it the most , while on myrazor one not a single problem.
Might have to use an external keyboard=/
Some keyboard just don't register well when pressing several combination of buttons.

I can move forward and strafe to the right. However, I can't jump while doing it. Specifically, it's the W+E+Spacebar combo.

Works fine jumping forward left, backward left, backward right.

Yah it's a general keyboard issue I had it many times especially with logitech keyboards. Sucks that it happens on a gaming laptop=/
If you really need to use those combinations of keys just get an external keyboard.
Anything from Razer will not give you those problems.
I use to play this game called dark age of camelot and I always had to move one direction wile strafing and with some keyboards just can't do it.

Yea, was wondering if anyone else with an M17x R3 could replicate it. Otherwise it might be a faulty keyboard on mine.

Not sure what game you are playing.
But on mine I just installed daoc and I can not strafe and at the same time move backwards. But it will let me move forward.
If every sngle key on your keyboard works individually then I doubt it is a problem with the keyboard.
It just happens when pressing several keys at once ?
A good gaming keyboard it's suppost to be able to register when pressing multiple keys at once , wile the cheaper keyboards will not allow you to do this.
It also depends on the game you play when they tested the m17x keyboard. Usually this happens more often in RPG games since you need to use multiple keys at the same time to perform certain actions especially when moving around the game.
Try and change things around. Use the arrow keys for moving and set jump on CTRL or somethign else and see if it still does it.

I've tried it both in WoW and Rift. Both have the same issue. I've rebound the keys and it works fine now so it looks like it's just that one combo (W+E+Spacebar). Thanks for the feedback :)

I think you are right about this combo not working due to hardware limitation. If you open Notepad and hit w, then e, then spacebar, the spacebar does NOT register. However, other combos such as w + q + spacebar does.

I did test with a cheap usb external keyboard (Lenovo keyboard) and it did work.

Wow, just tested and you are correct.
Only happens with certain key combinations, too...works perfectly fine for others.

This is not unique to the R3... same thing on my R2.

Interesting find and worth noting. The R2 has a similar problem. +1.

There are a few obstacles in Quake III and UT3 that are nearly impossible to navigate without the ability to strafe+jump.
