    Hi,

got laptop today had about 25 BSOD driving me nuts first thought it was SSD but dont think so anymore. SSD is C300 with latest firmware on bios setting is achi.

Most times when it bluescreens it shows sdbus.sys. Which links back to the SD card reader! Which I've not even used yet!

Anyway I disabled it and no blue screen so I'm 99% sure its that. Issue is I want to use the card reader. I downloaded again the Realtek driver RTS5209 from dell site "R289405".

When I install this is say done ok, but the acutual driver that gets installed is sdbus.sys which seems to be a microsoft generic one.

sdbus.sys isnt even with the driver download so I have no idea why its doing this. When I try to update with the proper drive it says correct drivealready installed.

    Help!

    thanks

tried this, still installed sdbus.sys which is showing as a microsoft driver from 2006. When I try to manually add the new on it says the best driver for your device is installed.

    Crazyness!
