I was wondering if anybody tried or heard of someone who tried to install a peltier cell in a laptop? I was thinking of trying but wanted some extra info. I was thinking of making so that if the temps got to low and condensation would start it would shut off. the extra power needed could be supplied externally if it so must be.

Doable maybe but you will need an external power supply capable of sustain high amperage dedicated to the peltier + a watercooler to cool down the hot side of the cell and insulation to prevent condensation. Not really a user friendly system imho
