    PALMREST TOUCHPAD M17x R4 and M17x R3 replacement compatible or not?
    M17x R4 PALMREST TOUCHPAD accident scratched but I want to change it, and M17x R4 PALMREST not sold on the web.
    M17x R3 PALMREST it can be replaced or not?

    I think you should be ok as they are pretty much the same machine cosmetically. I got an R4 keyboard as a replacement for my R3 one after it met some water and it works just fine.
