1)Does Optimus work with the 120hz screen. I've read on some forums that its not working. meaning that 680m is always on. Meaning unplugged battery life is s.h.i.t. Is that so ?
2)Does the card push a constant 120 fps in diablo 3 full hd all max ? With adaptive vsync that would be a definetly sweet experience. I need a user that plays diablo to answer this, a hardcore one, for instance in inferno, 4 players, with lots of mobs and lots of effects fps tends to go a little lower.

120hz screen is not compadable with optimus, so you won't get great battery, but it's not that terrible. ;) Can't comment on diablo as I never have played the game.

    1) No you don't have Optimus. But with making some power saving changes you should still push a few hours of battery life no problem.

    2) I'm pretty sure the 680m can play Diablo maxed out at 120 frames no doubt. And even if it couldn't... let's say 100 fps on a 120Hz :O you won't see any difference upwards from that... or even upwards of 70 for that matter. :p

I was having the visual difference in mind when considering playing at 120 fps on 120 frame rendering capable screen.
How do the klipsch speakers fare ?

1)Another question, does it have an msata slot inside the chasis, here on the Notebookcheck.net review i cant see no msata slot, allthough it says it is equipped with an msata ssd. because i already have an msata crucial 256gb ssd.
2)Apart from the msata slot, are there 2 hdd slots right ?
ANd one can install an msata ssd togther with a killer hal mini pci express card, no ?

3)So one can get 1xmsata slot, 2x2,5" hdd, 1x half mini pci express slot (here one needs bluetooth as well)

4)Does it have bluetooth integrated on the motherboard ?. Im asking since i wanna know if i can get a wireless card without bluetooth and still have bluetooth. On the germany site, it says killer 1103 with bluetooth, but i know the 1103 killer card does not have bluetooth on it, thats why im asking if its somewhere on the motherboard.

1.) there is a single mSATA slot somewhere on the mobo. I haven't had an r4 to take apart, so I don't know exactly where it is. :(

2.) yes there are 2 SATA III hard drive days on the M17x R4

3.) If I understand you correctly, then yes you have it right. The PCI card slot though cannot hold a storage device. :(

    4. I believe it is built right into the mobo. I know it is on my r3. :)

hope this answers your questions. :)

Yeah, the 1103 does not have Bluetooth built in, so it is some separate module somewhere on the mobo.

ANother question. I know i probably wont be able to buy the pc without windows.
But if i delete the installed windows and install windows 7 ultimate, will i be able to install all other stuff that comes preinstalled with the windows ?
For instalce, format hdd, install windows 7 ultimate on the crucial msata sst i allready have and which i plan to insert in the laptop.

Yes, all will be fine, the Dell Drivers Website has all the drivers and Alienware apps ready to be reinstalled. The speakers are decent but a bit of tinkering will be required to get the optimum.
