My GTX 660M is just burnt (motherboard may be burnt also, I will ask for replacement from DELL), so I would like to find a new display card for upgrading
    1. Any good suggestions? 780M/680M?
    2. Should I need to change 240W PSU right?
    3. Should I need to flashed the unlocked BIOS? since my laptop is 3D version that it should not have integrated display
    4. How can I boot the laptop without display for flashing BIOS?

This is my first time to change the card manually, sorry to ask much.

    1. 3D will work only with 680M... You should still have 120Hz with the 780M...
    2. Yes.
    3. Might as well do it.
    4. No idea :)

Just to add, since you have a 120hz model you never need to modify the bios. As the iGPU is disabled pretty much any NV card will work, but you still need a modified file for the driver if you get anything not sold with the model . Hence, the 680m is the smart choice IMO No messing (except for heatsink) and a straightforward plug & play :D

Great choice, going for the 780m would have let you without the 3D
