    Hi there,

I wanted to try the overclocking Feature of my R4 and got a little Problem with it. Whenever i try to set the fsb it always changes back to 100mhz. If i highlight frequency and press + or - it doesnt increase by 10khz but instead it jumps right to 111Mhz or 98Mhz.
Does some1 else got that problem? Is this a known bug by the A13 BIOS?
I got a 3610qm so the extreme Edition features wont work and i am ok with that... But i think i should be able to increase the fsb of my cpu

    Thx for the help

    Hi,

No you can't do any of that.. 3610QM is totally locked down.. You need to have a 3720QM/3740QM to change the turbo etc... the 36XX series is totally crippled..

My 3740QM is running at 3.9-4GHz on all cores except when it gets pushed up to over 50W then it pulls back to around 3.6-7 - Not sure if the 3940XM running at 3.9GHz is rare? Sounds like it should go higher or am I just really lucky with this one?
