Do you guys know where can I buy this part? I looked for it briefly on Dell's website but couldn't find one. I'm still searching.

If you want to get the part straight from Dell send us an email at [email protected] and I'll have someone call you.

Hey, thanks for the quick answer!

I'd like to buy it soon. Can I make the order directly on Dell's website?

It would have to be through tech support as they have access to those parts numbers.

If you send a detailed e-mail explaining exactly what you want they'll probably have everything ready before calling to save you some time.

Thanks! I found it on ebay too. Alienware guy just informed me it would cost US$80 through Dell. Its quite expensive compared with those US$25 from ebay. Even though one might get a refurbed part there... Guess I'll go ebay.

Does the R3 part works with the R4?

It does, the R3 and R4 use pretty much the same parts when it comes to chassis.

Parts People offer a superb service. The one I listed is Grade A, which means brand spanking new.

Ive used them 3 times before and can vouch for the quality.
