Is there any way to change the refresh rate of the RBG LED LCD display on the M17x?

Ideally I'd like to set it to 72Hz as that is a multiple of 24 and since I edit a lot of 24fps video it's best if my screen can display the video frame-by-frame without resorting to pull-down.

More importantly, is this potentially dangerous?

nop... no way... afaik... even if its possible picture would look fuzzy any way... best is to use an external display with higher than 60fps

Any and all video editing should be done on an IPS panel and not a monitor like the RGB-LED. The M17x is made for gaming.

Your best bet is to look for a high-end video editing monitor that supports 24p.

Or a Plasma or a CRT. Though CRT are mostly outdated, and Plamsa are power hungry...

Yes I know, that's obviously the best way and the way I normally do it, however wouldn't it be nice to make the RGB-LED Display work too? But if it's not possible it's not possible.

    Thanks for the replies.
