    M17x RGB LED 3rd party purchase

    I've been going through ebay and I find that the RGB LED is fairly expensive for the m17x, I got to thinking that perhaps I could just get the m6500 Percision Dell one and that'll work in a m17x R1. Am I correct to assume this? Or is this a bad idea?

    Thanks, I'm trying to rebuild a cheap R1 for a friend
