This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    M17x Webcam?

    I know there's a webcam with the M17x R4, but I can't seem to actually use it. I can see it in hardware called "Integrated Webcam", however there does not seem to be any way for me to start using it. If I search "webcam" or "integrated webcam", no application comes up. All I want is to be able to get it running so I can either record something or take a picture. Do I need to download a seperate program to make use of the webcam?

    it's called "Live! Central".. if you did a clean windows install, you'll need to download and install again.
