lol yes just got it, first thing i did was install Windows 7.

I actually just figured out the video card issue, but now i have a device called Coprocessor with no drivers installed, not sure what it is.

Did it come with the win 7 update coupon thing then or was this an 'alternative' copy of 7?

Lets answer some of these questions.

I'm running the Windows 7 RC. everything seems to be working fine just dont know what this coprocessor listed in device manager is.

To get SLI to work you need to install the Nvidia Chipset Drivers. All the drivers on the Dell CD work for Windows 7.

Right now im overclocked to 3.06ghz gonna monitor the heat maybe go alittle higher.

Who knows... Maybe they gave us the same BIOS of the pre-production model with FSB settings and the Q9000 will show his true powers :D .

    But if not I'm probably going with 2x GTX260M (well the GTX280M looks a little overpriced for me :p ) and a QX9300 from ebay :D .

ok. I see where u can change the FSB now. Did u bump up the fsb or raise the multiplier or both? My ram is 1066, so can I go higher than 266 and run stable?

yeah. At least with my qx, you can adjust fsb and Multipliers. I am running Prime stable for 10 minutes just bumping the Mult from 9.5 to 11.5 at stock fsb.

hmm. I should have paid the extra $50 and gotten the 1333 then? I wonder if that will have higher OC bc you can bump the FSB higher than 266? Can I bump the FSB higher than 266 with 1066 RAM?

It probably would oc MUCH better because you wouldn't have to stress the ram so much.

Just a pure guess, but have you tried to switch GPU's? Could the "coprocessor be what enables switching GPU's on the fly?

I'm continuing to guess here, but there is a chance that the "Co-processor" is your on-board graphics adapter... while the primary card is active (or cards), then it defaults to a support mode, doing computational work (generally PhysX stuff) ...

I've heard of solutions like that... so it may be exactly what's going on.

and no, not really any problems. 5 pages isn't much, you should check the owners lounge, I think they're up past 500... THAT I'm not reading.

there's the usual video card driver hoopala though. I think most of us are used to it.
