okay two weeks ago my M17x had the fans replaced. The technician left and i started up a 3d program computer restarted went into an infinite restart loop. Anyways its been 10 days and called them up twice both times they said they were waiting on cpu first time they said it would be three days now they don't have a clue when the part will be in. I don't want to be waiting three months for my laptop.

I think the ceo's email is [email protected] but not sure. Should I put the service tag in the email?

First, I would contact support again and see if the processor is in such short supply, if they cannot provide you with a new replacement.

    Second,
I would try emailing Dell's board first. Their information can be found on the Dell website.
