Generally been a problem with the Verde series of drivers. How old are the drivers you've tried? Those prior to Verde shouldn't cause crashes in Flash / WMV.

I'm running the 260.99, discretes only, 3D vision driver not installed, Physx set to CPU. Only crashes I get now are the occasional one when watching WMV. Flash movies, CO, TF2, BF:BC2 all running fine, no crashes. Not too fussed about Physx atm, no game I'm playing uses it.

this driver should help for ur case. i've had stuttering issue with drivers older than this, and BSODs with 2xx.xx (latest) series drivers.
