I was just looking on youtube some guy with I think an Sager with a 460m that ran Witcher 2 1920 by 1080 at 30+ fps.

I just got the game and I'm getting 24 at most....... What's wrong.

    I have the 460m with 280.19 driver.

He is running it in 1600 x900 as well which is why his FPS seems better. Also a 460m is not the strongest card, you may be expecting more performance from it than you can actually get. It is a high end card, but it is not near the top. So maybe a reduction in settings like Ubersampling and AA. Try the newer drivers and the patch he talks about in the video.(sorry he mentioned it in one of the comments.)

Hmmmm, you could try an older driver that might increase performance. Newer drivers does not always mean better performance. Also, are you sure you are not running on the IGP? Disabled optimus?

    Says this

Posting another one of these to show how it runs on this laptop.
Settings are high texture quality, bloom and AA turned off, everything else on. 1920x1080 res as always
Sorry in advance for the frame stutter (FRAPS + HD) and the random Steam conversation.

Ok, I would try out the 275.xx series of drivers see if that nets you better performance. If not Just reduce some settings I definitely don't think there is anything wrong with your GPU or system. Witcher 2 is a really demanding game.
