Hello this is my first post, hope i dont do enything wrong.
The problem is with my laptop replacement in Poland. I buy this laptop in England (3 raplacement of graphic card 1 motherboard) and after a year i come back to Poland and change warranty to Poland. And again after a while.... hard drive , 2 time graphic card replacement i decide this is enough i call to them that i want a new laptop because this one from the begining was nothing but a problem with it, he answer me that yes ofcourse i should recive new laptop but there is no way they will do it (Dell Poland) because i buy this laptop in England and i need to call theme to end the thred. There come my question they are right? Because for me this is funny situation i have international warranty right? and to that NBD.

If you move country your warranty needs to be moved over to that country, and levels of service change between countries.

Hi, the only reason I can think of is that your model was not sold in Poland? I know they can refer you to the country of origin for replacement if the country never supplied that machine, but you'd think with a open call they would be able to pass it over? Try a tweet @dellcares asking for 'ongoing warranty claim assistance'. They should PM you back asking for details and you can then reply directly in private (PM) hopefully getting an answer as to who is responsible...
I did (in UK) get some help there a while ago.
I have only had dealings with Dell - Hungary in E. Europe and they were very obstructive and often resorted to small print clauses
HTH Good Luck.
