This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     is there anything specific that I need to look for and activate to enable the internal microphone (I do have one, don't I ???) for my M17x-R1?

    was trying to video chat w/ my daughter yesterday and she had no audio on her end (I could hear her, she couldn't hear me.) I checked most of the basic stuff in the Control Panel / Hardware but didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated !
